Anyone know why all the options are greyed out and can't change anything? here's a photo.

Finnish is hard to understand, but something says: automatinen valinta: integrou" (or something similar..). Is ut using the integrated GPU?

Yep :)
Don't you have a dedicated GPU? Otherwise it might be hard to change the Nvidia settings if an Nvidia GPU isn't chosen? :)

Don't you have a dedicated GPU? Otherwise it might be hard to change the Nvidia settings if an Nvidia GPU isn't chosen? :)
I remember couple years ago i could change to high performance nvidia but idk what the hell happened :D have tried everything but nothing works :D
