Benefits of .46 rider mass versus .48
Benefits of .46 rider mass versus .48
Been playin around with rider mass and wondering if having a higher mass with effect your seat bounce by that much. Some riders use .50 while some can use .42 and still get every triple in without issue. Just wondering the benefits and negatives to higher vs lower i guess.
Re: Benefits of .46 rider mass versus .48
Rider mass effects where u want most of the riders "mass/weight" in a top or bottom way or even midline being the HIPS of rider. . More mass with higher value = more weight past the hips / sagging down on the rear. Helps u pull wheelies easy as shit sometimes. You'll pull wheelies sometimes at launch you'll have to control. easier to go straighter out of turns lil more traction outta turns. Lower number = more mass at the top = your guy will have most of the weight at the top making the bike more "top heavy" maybe easier to turn or Roll since less weight / mass is on top . Might lead you to countersteer turns more. Kinda drifting turns . Looser back end.

It's the opposite. Lower number = more mass at the bottom.
