Nah, it uses the tileinfo file instead of the environment variables now

Running it off the .bat I haven't changed the bat or anything since the snapshot before. But there is no erode. If I tab then the editor is there, so the .bat is working. Can't work it out .

So how do we fine tune the erode? on 1 there's no ruts just massive holes.

This is sick JLV! just awesome!
I noticed something. I rode on a sx track and after 15 laps some bales were flying because of the ruts I made. I can't wait to see this in multiplayer and see some cool inside ruts in sx! Thx for this JLV!

This works great! Default settings feel good for a sandy track.

After downloading the new snap shot and trying this it says cant find game data. even with the old snap i had it wont work now. How do i fix this to back to where it works. At this point i could care less about getting the erode to work i just want my game back?

Is the snap shot in your install folder?

Reckon you could add a separate colouring file? It's probably worth doing now, as it's something I'd want with the terrain shaders when the shading/shadingx2 files become obsolete. If possible, can it not be fixed resolution like the shading file is? Also, if possible, could the bike draw a line to this image where the bike goes, sorta like how it used to draw the red line? Probably asking too much there. Thanks though
It would have been possible to reshade while keeping the extra coloring but it would have been slower. The best way to do those effects would be with decals. Maybe I'll add a multiply mode for them.

What do you need the line for?

What hardware are you on and what graphics settings are you using?
