Like this:

left_key=(-0.200000,-0.937500)Controller(Xbox360WirelessReceiverforWindows) axis 0
right_key=(0.200000,0.937500)Controller(Xbox360WirelessReceiverforWindows) axis 0
clutch_key=(k)Controller(Xbox360WirelessReceiverforWindows) button 4
upshift_key=(-0.200000,-0.937500)Controller(Xbox360WirelessReceiverforWindows) axis 4
downshift_key=(k)Controller(Xbox360WirelessReceiverforWindows) button 2
dab_key=(k)Controller(Xbox360WirelessReceiverforWindows) button 0
back_up_key=(k)Controller(Xbox360WirelessReceiverforWindows) button 6
lean_forward_key=(-0.200000,-0.937500)Controller(Xbox360WirelessReceiverforWindows) axis 1
lean_backward_key=(0.200000,0.937500)Controller(Xbox360WirelessReceiverforWindows) axis 1

The .2000000 is where it starts. So the joystick will not do anything until you reach .200000 and then you start to lean. So if it is set at .000000000 it will be very sensitive. Not sure if I set all of mine to .200000 or if that was added into snapshots automatically at some point.

I think I am understanding it right. I'm tired and can't explain it worth a crap right now.
OMG where can you adjust it ? config file of mxs ?
