Im really sorry im a total noob, but i install this pack and now under every bike i have lost all my skins. did a fresh install. put my skins into my folder again and still nothing showing. any help is appretiated

That's strange, this should only affect the default skin option for each bike. The only skins you need to remove to have this working, is any other default option skins, like a previous stock model replacement pack.
You put the skins back, can you show us a screenshot including the full path for this? (C:\Program Files (x86)\Mx Simulator or where you have it installed)
