Dell Studio 1555
Dell Studio 1555
Hello i was just wondering if the full game will work on my laptop. I dont really know anything besides the model. The demo works fine with 20 bikes, possibly more I havent tried it. If anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
Re: Dell Studio 1555
If it has the optional ATI HD 4570 it should be a very good laptop for MX Simulator. If it has Intel integrated graphics it will be mediocre.

Re: Dell Studio 1555
I'm pretty sure its Intel but I don't know for sure. I did turn the bitmap and foreshadowing or whatever they are and I also turned down the resolution because the track had red patches on it.
Re: Dell Studio 1555
And sorry for submitting two new threads. I didn't see the message that it needs to be approved. My bad lol
Re: Dell Studio 1555
The red patches are a bug in Intel's mipmap generation. You can work around it by disabling ground mipmaps and/or framebuffer objects in the game.
Your laptop has a strong CPU but a weak GPU. Some of the more graphically intensive add on tracks will be a little slow on it.
