yes.
1. Go to Mxsimulator icon
2. Then right click and go down to properties
3. Then paste this in the target box (erase what is in there right now) "C:\Program Files\MX Simulator\mx.exe" --editor
4. Go into game and pick any track you want
5. Then when your at the track press the tab button until it goes to editor mode.
6. If u need help using editor go here>> http://mxsimulator.com/editing.html
7. HAVE FUN!

That is done by doing into the folder, and coding in the "lighting" file. look on the tutorials page under track editing. That's where I learned all this.
