A little help please, Virtual memory errors are killing me..

This game is really starting to drive me insane. I have an issue on a couple tracks where it says my PC is out of virtual memory, specifically the JS7 compound and Pala 2010. I simply cannot see how this is happening. I run games that are far more demanding than this one with no issues. The strange part is they worked fine at first, but it seems to be getting worse. I have searched this issue and tried some of the suggestions with no change.

PC specs:
Intel i7-2630 quad core 2ghz
8gb DDR3 ram
Nvidia GTX 560m w/ 2gb DDR5 ram
I have 12gb of virtual ram allocated.

If anyone has any suggestions please help...

Thanks for the reply, but I did that before I posted. Now they are working again, IDK whats going on.
