I #76 on crf450 was leading lap 5 on the 02 server, went into a section and SisMik #380 on the rm125 was sitting off the side of the track, I went by him and next thing I know, he comes behind me and cuts the corner to take me out

This is an interesting concept.
If your ban request is denied first time is a warning, anything after is a 1 week ban.
