Texture norms broken

So I loaded up my track and I noticed that texture norms are not working. So I thought it was a problem with just my track but no. All the tracks I loaded up the norms do not work. I have absolutely no idea what is causing the problem. Also the shading on tracks seemed to be broken too. Not sure wth to do since almost all tracks in the game are broken.

nvm I fixed it. Had something to do with the shading options in the graphics settings. not sure how that breaks tracks tho.

That's what a lot of tracks look like for people who don't run shaders in the game. To fix it you can use the raise tool with the sub mode set to lower only and cover the entire map with the radius and click and it will update the shading.
