Monitor Problem

Hi, just resently reinstalled the game because i had problems with my 2 monitors while starting the game. But after restarting my computer after the install and playing for a day the problem returned. When i start the game the main screen freezes and becomes grey and the second monitor shows the game. But i can only press on the main screen and the second screen shows whats happening normaly. Why does this happen and does someone have have a solution?? Thanks

Could it possibly be in full screen mode? if it is try windowed
