Nothing does that now. It has been requested a lot though. I've been hesitant to do it since it wouldn't be based on any real phenomena.

Not likely. Each voxel is going to be at least two triangles so those models are going to be pretty bloated and slow.

This is pretty amazing. It's so accurately done that you don't even realize you aren't looking at the original sprites at first.

You might have your controls bound to conflicting actions, e.g. throttle and brake on the same button. Try going through your controls and rebinding everything.
