Can you put this on a fc450 dyno

can anyone help me on this, everytime i put it in game, and made it mx and put the others backup, its saying contacting server endlessly.

track info in appdata nor will appdata have a mx simulator folder

Im new to this side of running a server, my pc will on go to windows 8, but i cant get my tracks or mx simulator app data file to pop up. i had it work once, but now i cant get the tracks to upload to my appdata folder.
