Re: 2024 SX Discussion
Another epic night of racing! Go Tomac! So bummed for Mookie.
I really wasn't a Forkner fan in the past, but I found myself getting a lil' bit choked up during this vid and felt some actual sympathy...

Re: 2024 SX Discussion
I don't remember a gnarlier first turn pileup. That was quite the tableful of dominoes. Of course Deegan has some growing up to do.

Re: 2024 SX Discussion
I haven't found any points paying positions for any Kiwis. Could you please help me find some so I could cheer them on?
Motor City Madmen tomorrow! I think it's a day race too, so check your local listings so you can set your alarm for some ungodly hour!

2024 SX Discussion
The A2 SX Futures race has to be the best one yet! Davies and Towers looking every bit like the big leagues trading spots a bunch of times and Towers still being able to come back from that off-track excursion and mount a last lap charge was awesome! Good to be back on a dry track.

Re: MXS Twitter
R.I.P. Anthony "Go Show" Gobert. He was the first roadracer I saw that would "back it into the turn". I first saw him doing that at the Daytona 200. When I first saw that I thought he was wiping out! I remember him for his green hair and saying he couldn't wait to try Budweiser. He struggled with ad...

Re: The Other Racing Games Topic
Cool! Definitely an under-represented segment in sims. I remember Sailing Sim was the first attempt in the 90s. I had a blast back in the late 1900s with an offshore powerboat racing game...

Congrats to senator Mullins for clearly stating that he's not afraid to bite, and he don't care where. Oklahoma must be proud!

Re: The Other Racing Games Topic
WRC is dope! I built a car I can't use yet, but the racing so far has been grueling! I had a 17 mile stage in one event. I know from Jimmy Broadbent there is a 21 mile stage, so I'm prepared. It's a very involved and busy game with a ton of features and possibilities. I give it two thumbs up. Here's...

Re: Political Debate Thread
Looks like the House majority just wants a domestic terrorist as leader based on the picks so far. Sounds legit.

Re: MXS Twitter
What are the teeth made of? Must be something hard if it has to shred springs and gears. Heat treated 4140. Hard ChroMoly. Any harder and they'd be too frangible and shatter under shock load, even though it has a reversal mechanism. The blades are held to .0005" tolerance on the thickness. I work a...
