Hey all, One thing that has been bothering me is the the poly count on the hands and arms of the rider in 1st person view. The detail on the bike looks terrific in first person, but the arms are very blocky in comparison (even with the model graphics turned to 100). Would it make the game lag a lot ...

A bike setup will help you drastically. Check out the "Your setups" thread. Before I changed the suspension settings, I couldn't go through a set of whoops without swapping out no matter how I went through them. Now whoops are pretty simple!

Been playing with for a few hours now and actually JLV's sounds aren't bad. I think the main thing is just that they have to be converted down to a mono wav track which makes them sound less real. Anyway you could have the existing sound engine run an MP3 file?
