What are the fault module and exception offset? Are you overclocking?

I'd try downgrading to 9.12.

Yeah, I'm downloading them right now. Some other people have had problems with 10.1 too (one thing I REALLY love about Nvidia is their drivers, they seem to work a lot better (and have more updates) than ATI).
Last night I actually formated and reinstalled Win7. Not just because of this problem, had some other issues I couldn't fix. Hopefully 9.12 works.
