Re: new snapshot help
There haven't been any changes that would affect the rendering speed lately. It's more likely a driver issue.

Re: new snapshot help
Has there been any change to the way that ghost riders or anything are loaded?
What I have noticed is that gameply progressively gets worse for me lately (esp if I'm in time trial mode, and restart 5+ times without running a full lap).
I've been tryna see if I could find an increase in mem usage, but couldn't find anything major (if I restart like I said above, not much change. If I swap tracks a few times, and then come back to the track I started up when I first started mxs, the mem usage is about 6MB more - nothing major)
I thought at first there was maybe a memory leak maybe introduced or somming that wasn't getting cleaned up properly, but I can't find any evidence.
So basically, I have NO proof besides my fps getting progressively worse and worse (from 60 odd down to +/-20), but am just adding, I've also experienced a change in performance.

Re: new snapshot help
I seen theses days a lot of users connected multiple times and lagging on-line. I think this occurs when connecting from stat site, don't double click or quad-click !
It will just open a game session for each click

Re: new snapshot help
Simple way is to rename snapshot "mx.exe" to replace original and keep shortcuts. You can backup original, just rename it 'mx(orig).exe' before.BRYAN17 wrote:also i added this to the target box so i can continue to edit tracks but it says it is not valid "C:\Program Files (x86)\MX Simulator\mx-2010-09-22.exe"--editor
I have an issue tooq (for JLV), when not using installer, connecting server by web site just open game... Can you give me the registry command to redo the connection action ?
