Black Flag??

I am a noob (2 weeks) and was in a race today at Rabbit Hill or something like that and was racing,not running into anyone or slowing down any lines, running the pace better than most and was Black-flagged by 993 on a Honda? WTF? Who has the authority to do that and more important why? I love to race as much as any,thats why i came to this game.

If you cut the track enough anyone can kick you.

wasnt cutting. Was racing the track. Who controls the restart and Black flag? If someone doesnt get a good start they start it over.

If you cut enough it will say "type server, kick 13 to black flag so and so". so if you cut a lil bit, someone can black flag you.

You know, i do cut the track on ocassion to aviod the pile-ups. I will have to stop doing that because i saw the same black flag come up again for me. Thanks for the heads up.
