what programme to make videos?

hey guys, im having trouble finding a good programme to record races with. i have fraps downloaded at the moment but it wont go over 30 seconds. not sure if theres a way to make it extend over longer periods of time, but if there is could someone please tell me how or if there isnt then what is a good programme?

fraps full records everything perfect thats what i use. its longer than 30 secs.

Do you have the full version, i just have the free one. That might be why its short
