Handle a lot of dog shit? Just lower the spring rates. JLV, maybe you should stop developing and advancing the game because it's inconvenient to have to test and re-dial in our bike setups...

Seriously though, thanks JLV. These are sweet. They sound weird though, like a 125 farting and sneezing at the same time, if that makes sense. Thanks in advance to the proactive, generous soul who makes a bike model pack and sound file for these babies.

For some reason it doesn't work for me. I extracted it into the personal folder, and used the password provided. Still just shows up as the stock model though. It looks really sweet in the picture though

Spring rate range is not the only thing that changed in this snapshot. We now have a broader damping range as well, so chances are whatever damping setting you had before this snapshot feels much different now with this snapshot.

I think the sounds are OK, considering JLV was having trouble with them. I personally think the volume of the sound needs to be higher. Also, if you haven't noticed, these 250 sounds use the 125 deceleration sound.

I think the sound needs a bit more bark. Listen to my 2000 YZ 250 wide open:

And here's a 2011 YZ 250 helmet cam:

I get having to dial in bikes for different tracks...and post with release said to make sure you note your spring rates, which i did. But the bike handled totally different for me. I now have it dialed back in for a general SX set up that is ok for me, just wasnt sure why i had to redo a setup after following the instructions.
And before you make pointless comments you need to see things from my point of view. The advancement of the game is great, no problem. Most guys riding the 450's are totally settled in to them yet so making improvements for those is more likely to be easily adapted by those who ride them, same with the 250 2 strokes obviously, but when you been riding a 250f for a while and have gotten used to it, its harder to adapt to the changes. I wasnt sure how long it was going to take me to work my probs out and was frustrated with the fact there is an event tomorrow and didnt wanna ride like more of a goon in it because i was expecting the change to effect the lites bikes.
