Your suggestion doesn't help at all.

If you would like to not swap out in whoops, put your landing damping falloff to 0.2 and your landing damping factor to 2 in advanced stability. If that's not enough turn up your damping factor more and more 'till you're stable in the whoops. I can't run it much higher or I feel like I can't turn.

Im no setup genius. Too lazy to find something that works perfect for me. I'm likin the setup my friend gave me though. I just fly through whoops with it. I'll write it here:
Fork Compression Damping 42.00
Fork Rebound Damping 30.00
Fork Spring Rate 39.00
Fork Preload 16.00
Fork Oil Level 90.00

Shock Compression Damping 35.00
Shock Rebound Damping 28.00
Shock Spring Rate 63.00
Shock Preload 24.00

Countershaft Sprocket 0.00
Rear Sprocket 0.00

Rider Vertical Spring 50.00
Rider Vertical Damping 50.00
Rider Forward Spring 54.00
Rider Forward Damping 48.00
Rider Mass Distribution 0.46

I dont know if he made it up himself or someone else gave it to him, but it's awesome.

Nah, turn up steering damping, or turn down the two steering forces...

This is awesome, atleast on a 450, idk if thats what ur using it on... decreased laptimes on sx by 20 seconds and still going down every race :P I am glad to be getting into the habit of riding good again. :D

I've been told this works on any brand, any displacement.

For rebound damping, if you go up to let's say 100, is this the same as going all the way in on the rebound on the bike IRL (screwing inward)?
I'm trying out the 2012 YZ 250 and seem to have a good setup but under high speed braking bumps it seems very chattery and wants to hop around; here's my setup (outdoor, yz250 2 smoker), any suggestions?

Fork Compression Damping 70
Fork Rebound Damping 60
Fork Spring Rate 61
Fork Preload 45
Fork Oil Level 25

Shock Compression Damping 46
Shock Rebound Damping 79
Shock Spring Rate 40
Shock Preload 30

Rider Vertical Spring 50
Rider Vertical Damping 50

Rider Forward Spring 53
Rider Forward Damping 48

Rider Mass Distribution 0.46

Also, what would be the equivalent to high speed and low speed damping?

This is my personal 450 setup. I usually just use other setups from this thread but when the 450s came out i couldn't find one, so here's hours and hours of testing. Keep in mind this is setup to my preferences in terms of the way i ride. Any feedback would be appreciated though. Enjoy!

This is my all around setup, I think it is pretty smooth. It does well for Supercross and nationals
Please tell me what you guys think, and if you have any tips to make it smoother let me know.
