is there any teams availale for me to join or can somone make me a hond team and i will give them the graphics kit for it

Race in a few races so people can see how you go.
Remember you dont have to be in a team, and TBH apart from the odd PM i doubt many teams really do much for each other.
Some teams are really good, make movies, have practice tracks and what not.
