Every thing is blurry

i changed my textures and graphics to as high as i can get them but know it is all blerry and i cant read any of the sighns and the bike graphics are blurry to. what are the default setting for all of the things i can change

Make sure you restart your game.

ohhh okay i was changing every thing and it wasent doin anything but i got it now thanks
