It's not lag. It's your framerate. Lag is internet.
It's because your computer can't process it, which is framerate.
That's one of my pet peeves.

I've solved the problem of the bad framerate this demo is making. I knew it wasn't just my computer. It is people sending Rew non powers of 2 sized skins, eg 320x320px. Size them right next time!!!

Because the demo file probably couldn't find the skins in the saf file, they all just resort to rider.png. And alot of the riders were set to rider.png anyway

Where does the .saf file go? I placed it in the personal folder. Does it go in the main folder with the mx.exe instead?

Nah it goes in the personal folder. But are you using the demo I uploaded? Everything should work right for that.
