Very Slow Gameplay, unplayable PLEASE HELP
I was playing mx simulator Online yesterday for about 2 hours with no problems at all and when i got to play it today it is so slow it's unplayable!! i have looked at the FAQ's and it says to install new graphics card drivers and i have done that but there is still no improvement. There is also weird things ingame like random colours on the starting gates and the 30 thirty second board man is a white block. Any ideas??
Any help will be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Graphics card might have overheated and damaged itself. Thats the only thing I can think of.

Re: Very Slow Gameplay, unplayable PLEASE HELP
just like any other application that you install/uninstall.
uninstall the game and then use the installation file to install again.
the uninstall for mx simulator can be found in the startmenu folder for Mx simulator.
but i would first try emptying your personal folder, maybe that works.
if that all doesn't work then i don't know

Re: Very Slow Gameplay, unplayable PLEASE HELP
I've reactivated your link. MX Simulator doesn't write to its install folder, so reinstalling it generally doesn't help anything. Renaming/removing the personal folder will reset it to the original settings.
It sounds like something is wrong with your OpenGL drivers. If reinstalling didn't work, try the driver cleaner mentioned in this post.

You should have received an email with a new installer link.

Which might have overheated your card and caused damage. Download GPU-Z. It is a stand alone app (doesn't need installation) and can tell you what the temperature of your GPU is. Anything above 75* Celsius is too high for comfort.Tonymoto wrote:no thats not it because i play far cry 2 and l4d on all high with no problems so its something to do with mx simulator maybe something in personal folder that should not be there? really hope you can help other wise i have wasted £30
