ground textures bjlurry

When i play the ground textures are always blurry other than right around the rider. Ive tried everything i can think of and it just dont get any better.

From the "Graphics/Sound Setup" menu, choose "Use High Detail Settings" and then restart the game.

that fixed that for the most part it only happens sometimes but the game does stutter sometimes i cant seem to figure that out now

Try lowering "Ground Texture Update Rate" to 1.
