Re: 2009-11-23 snapshot
I've been getting a lot of crashes to desktop related to OpenGL and also "out of virtual memory". I have a 4gigs of RAM and a Radeon4650 and just updated the drivers properly. Also have the 11-23 snapshot. I've seen others saying they have crashes/freezes, so most of the time thats why it seems that people are
sore losers or just being impatient. I'm usually last so I have no prob trying to get out of the way or running the whole race(maybe thats why Totorox kicked me today because he wouldnt say why he did). My main question is why the CTD's? I've heard that ATI's OGL implementation sucks so maybe thats it. P.S. I really don't care about excessive chat ingame even though I've been a dick in the past about that and I'm sorry. I just wanna race. P.P.S. Maybe there can be
a freestyle area or server for all the showboaters that hijack the online games sometimes for trick/whip/flip/360 contests(I say that would be a great place to
share tips for doing that stuff so noobs like me can get more style). Thanks for the continued improvements JLV(its a thankless job at times I'm sure).

Re: 2009-11-23 snapshot
hmmm, I downloaded that old snapshot again, but still is my game laggin
My settings are still the same so that's not the problem.
Same computer + everything is up-to-date, so that's the problem neither.
Could someone give me a hint??? Becouse I ran out of ideas of what the problem could be.

thanks JLV, you da man! with 9.7 it works fine now. triple buffering solved the virtual memory issue. sorry you have to be like the driver on a bus full of brats.

Re: 2009-11-23 snapshot
That's strange. I assume it happens with 1.3 too?
When you start the game "new race" should be selected until you touch one of the other buttons with the mouse or press a cursor key. Where does it start for you?
