hey nice job on the game so far but i think that u coud make the rider stick his leg out when cornering and u should have 6 gears on the 125's not 5 and one more thing, do u think that u could put 85cc bikes on there?

Check this thread for the land deformation.

As for the gear ratios, I have all the 125s except the honda as 6 speeds. Here is the source code for the cr125r ratios, which were kind of hard to obtain as you can tell be the comments -

Code: Select all

        /* gear_ratios */
        {
                33.0 / 14.0,
                28.0 / 15.0,
                30.0 / 19.0,
                22.0 / 17.0,
                /*
                 The only tooth counts I can find for 5th are 28/21, but that would be lower than 4th gear.
                 I also found 5th listed as 1.130 but that would require a 113/100 tooth combo.
                 (17/15 = 1.133~ would be close).

                 The Honda part descriptions from Midwest Action Cycle says:
                        30 13
                        28 15
                        26 17
                        22 17
                        ?? 23
                 They left out the tooth count on one of the 5th gear gears.
                 The 23 count looks wrong anyway. Looks more like a 19 or 20 by the picture.
                */
                17.0 / 15.0,
                -1.0,
        },
If anyone has better numbers I'll correct it.

honda cr125 05 manual says:
primaryreduction: 3.150
gear1: 2.308
gear2: 1.867
gear3: 1.529
gear4: 1.294
gear5 1.130
final reduction: 4

not sure if this helps, you probably already had those numbers :)

When you divide out the ratios I'm using they come out to this -

2.35714285714285714285
1.86666666666666666666
1.57894736842105263157
1.29411764705882352941
1.13333333333333333333

So it's pretty close. Maybe they are just doing some kind of weird Japanese rounding. :D

For the tracks, it sounds like you are using the demo version instead of the full version of the game.

For the skins, you mean the crf250 right? I'm guessing it didn't save correctly for some reason. Check the file size, it should be 1,665,905 bytes.
