DJ wrote:We were just mucking around with arcade mode. You stack in sim physics, then switch to arcade. The bike moves upright, and the rider appears as if he is lifting the bike. I would like to see this happen without the need to switch to arcade physics.

That's technically backwards in that the bike is lifting the rider instead of the rider lifting the bike. It definitely looks better though. I'll see what I can do with that idea.

Hi, is it not allowed to go back to the older snapshot online? A person called CroMX called me a cheater because I'm not using it. I tried this one and I don't like it. If you are inconsistent, like me, it's frustrating to take so long to have to get back up.

I don't think that just because this game is a simulator, it should simulate every aspect of motocross, like taking half a minute to get back on your bike.

I think the way the DJ was experimenting with will make the time it takes to get back up and going a lot better to since its combining the 2 processes of putting the legs back on the bike and getting the bike back up right. It doesn't seem like it would be to hard to code.

I was wondering if it was possible to make the servers only allow people with the new snapshot. It is really annoying to get taken out by someone and you both go down, then you find out the don't have the snapshot and they have a way better chance than you.

Yes, I just have to increase the version number. I wouldn't worry about it yet though, since the next one will not have the blackout timer.

First update that has caused me to break my controller. Its good and all, but 15-20 seconds seems like a huge penalty for washing out the front in a turn.

I have some gear in png's and when I am online with the people wearing that gear I can't see it.It worked with the previous snapshot,so I think it may be something to do with this snapshot, but I'm not sure. :|
