On a 250 and 450 I never left 1st. To do the same rhythms on a 125 I had to use second. Not liking this scale in terms of realistic.

I've seen a bunch of top 450 riders say that they usually never leave 1st gear. 125s and 250s should probably be using more though. I think that could possibly be fixed by the jump angles (though I wouldn't know since I've not made any tracks for this game).

After trying all the 1:1 remakes, I am def hoping that this upcoming series is 1:1. The fact of the matter is, if you were willing to rev your bike out like crazy and didn't have to worry about hitting false neutrals, a 450 can pretty much clear everything on a supercross track in 1st gear. I remember when JS got his kx125 stuck in 2nd gear in a supercross race, but was still able to clear everything and be the fastest guy on the track. 1st gear on a 450 easily has a higher top speed than 2nd gear on a 125.

I would love 1:1 scaled tracks for 2012 season
I find that I have a lot more fun riding 1:1 SX

These (Indy, LV 1:1) are the most fun SX tracks I've ridden in this game.

Could go pretty well as a racetrack. The little I got to race SYKSX online with a dozen riders, it worked surprisingly well, even considering it's smaller than 1:1 scale. The same still applies to these as to 1:1.25 scale tracks. Carnage happens and the better riders do faster laps. They are a bit more forgiving of mistakes though, as not every case means taking a dirt sample like it is on 1:1.25 tracks at the moment.

That's my favorite part

Us noobs don't crash as much as we do on 1:1.25

Yeah, speeds are slower on the 1:1 tracks, so I think they might actually help in terms of reducing carnage.

Did anyone else think that rhythm sections were more difficult too? You needed better timing to get the drive to do big gaps, which I thought was cool.

Yeah Indy is good, more realistic. We almost need to trial it on 03 and see what happens with a bulk amount of riders

It's too late to change now. Maybe next season we'll have another look at 1:1.
