I was wondering about this also, maybe he just alternates between different tracks.

The one I was using since nationals is named "stability".

Once I find a stability I use it for everything, I don't change my stability from track to track.

Thanks jordan , was getting tired of going nowhere with my setup. Tried yours a bit and im pretty sure ill make improvement once i get used to it.
