In the graphics settings menu it just tells you what display adapter you are using, you can't update the drivers from there.
Now that you know what you are using (what the graphic settings menu says at the bottom) search for drivers for it. Or post the model you have and we can help you find them. They might be on Intel's site since it's a laptop.
