I've been trying to juice them up by mixing in some low frequency waveforms, but I haven't found anything that sounds good yet.

heeheeeheee! actually i mix alot so i can make the sound more fatty or thinner or whatever you want. the mxsp show's intro had a bike revving, it was in poor quality untill i touched it 2 mins. i can make you sound like a mexican.

The result of that loop is undefined, but on most platforms x will be -2147483648 at the end of the loop.

I don't know, to get an authentic four stroke sound, one pretty much only has to fart loudly into a mic. Whereas a two stroke needs that screaming ringdingding sound that makes it so badass.
