TBH- I feel like if you were to join the Ventrilo, the game would excel even more then it already is. The group includes some really great modelers, skinners, track makers, and even coders who know what is like and not liked about the game.

Just saying.
only one to win something real from the game!

If you go on xfire it's not fun to leave and join the chat to make a noise or kick people all the time.

Just saying.

You do not know how much this means to us who play this, it is kind of difference reflex and alive, and we must say thanks to all of our race leaders Sweendoggy (AMA) and Sib (SMA) for those helping and Arrange all these coups, continues the game with updates as well as it does now in the future this game will be bigger than the MX vs. ATV. It is on this game real fights where the investment is.

JLV hears thank you's all the time on this site. Kinda a stupid post. And the only reason this game is really progressing is the community. They do the real work. And unfortunately it could never be as big as the MVA series because the physics are just too sketchy. Though they are great physics, there is just way to much involved in setup. No way the average person can just get the game and be able to ride. Not to mention that by this point if you buy the game you half to search and search and search for all the necessary downloads to have what you need not especially when it comes to needing tree pack ext to have all the things you need to play online. If things were structured better so these problems were easier and the physics allowed you to ride more aggressive without crashing everywhere the game would be much better and user friendly. And definatly take some of the setup away.

I'd say no to taking some of the setup away, this is a simulator not an arcade game made for people to pick up and be a pro at right away. As far as the structuring the faq could be updated. I was also thinking about making a topic that has all of the release notes for all of the snapshots (so stuff that was released in that snapshot such as info about camera positioning for example, could be found easier).

Without the game (which JLV made) we wouldn't have this amazing community. Give credit where it's due. Yes, this community is great, we have awesome people who model, skin, code, etc. but where would they be without JLV's time that he's spent to make this game what it is? NOT HERE HELPING, that's where.

To respond to your other statement, this game has been out for what 3 years? The MvA and before that, MCM/MCM2, which span back to about 1997 or maybe earlier. So they have a few extra years of publicity on MX Sim :D

The physics, while a sketchy at times, is WAY more realistic than any MvA game (and will probably always be that way since MvA is more mainstream and arcade-ish). Nothing wrong with MvA's way of doing it, but MXS is a Simulation and as close to real life as I've ever seen which is what most MX riders are looking for.

With all that said, thanks JLV for an amazing game! Can't wait to see what is to come in the future!

As a new guy I don't really know anybody on here, but I want to say Thank You to whoever is responsible for this game, this forum, everything that has to do with it. To the guys who take the time to make the tracks, I'm just blown away at how cool they are. I'm having so much fun with this game it's ridiculous. My wife may beg to differ, but that's a different story. Best money I ever spent on a download.

Suck up..
I keed!

On a serious note though; Thanks to everyone who has helped this game grow to such a huge thing, creating things, putting in alot of time for mostly other people's benefits.

And Josh ofcourse for making this awesome game, which keeps entertaining us all, and keeps us wanting to push it to the next level.. 'together'.
