You'd think clutch destroyer would be good but it's not helmet cam so I think it wouldn't be as good. But the second vid should be good.Ballsfalsky wrote:

Check this out. Really good sounds for two strokes.

i put these in my folder to test em out and im not a fan, idle sounds like a mac truck, mid range rpm sounds like a lawnmower grinding gears and the limiter sounds like a screwed up dvd player

You sure have heard some weird sounds in your life....a screwed up dvd player? Really?yamahakid427 wrote:i put these in my folder to test em out and im not a fan, idle sounds like a mac truck, mid range rpm sounds like a lawnmower grinding gears and the limiter sounds like a screwed up dvd player
I actually ride a 2 stroke so I can't help with the limiter.

Hahahaha! That's a fair description, I thought the idle sounded like a truck too has that tone to it. The mid range is the closest I could get to the grind my 250f makes, it's just a lot more noticable than in real life and the limiter is just what we tacked on.yamahakid427 wrote:i put these in my folder to test em out and im not a fan, idle sounds like a mac truck, mid range rpm sounds like a lawnmower grinding gears and the limiter sounds like a screwed up dvd player

Try those out and tell me it doesn't idle like a mac truck anymore

Re: >>>>>Custom 250f Engine Sounds<<<<<<
After testing it out for a few laps I think it's getting there. If you can lower the acceleration to a deeper sound a notch or 2 it would sound great. Then lower the middies a little more then the acceleration it would be nearly spot on. Then maybe try to get the limiter a little more seemlessly and it should be a good base to work off of. But everything in general needs to be deeper and more throatier. Sounding great though man, keep it up.
