I just think its stupid that they rip even before they ask Dj if they can get the template and if he says no and maybe tell them that they can make a skin and he will realese it in a new pack that he has planned.. or something like that!
but i got to hand it out to the skin creator they are sick.. and it would have been really sweet if they would have taken the smart way so we all could enjoy it but sadly they didn't

I wouldn't blame on the mxforum for these ripped skins, and I know that all of the original members on that forum are extremely nice and and helpfull to everyone, and doesn't really make any skins. Just simply enjoying this game.
And plus they were one of the first guys that actually host the first online championship

But in other hand http://mx-sim.forumactif.net/ could be more of the suspected french forum where people actually make skins adn stuff for that community. Even that I'm not really paying any atention on that community.

Sorry again to have to say that, but one of the faulter is JLV: Because of some game lacks, grr JLV you have to work more and more because some people want more greetings for working on your work... (sarcastic of course ;p) (other faulter, is the whole world, society, child education, etc)
Don't misunderstand, 10000 thx DJ for what you did, (thx JLV, my dream is coming real). But you have to understand, nodded games are nothing officially. No legal issue. The unofficial rule is "if you make money with my stuff, i want money too" (before ACTA, after we will be all criminals...)
Can you copyright your work DJ ? No because you should ask to real right owner, bike factories and teams, each sponsors, track maker-owner... (ouch) and maybe some of theses want to make money with that (for sure). And if you try, JLV could have some problems and have to stop the MXS trip.
That why nodded game content is free generally (and better also because motivation is passion, and not money) and because the game maker don't have time to do it and don't want make money with copyrighted content. (For now, because our politicians and corporations are making ACTA, big brother is coming, take care, don't let that shit becoming true).

Finally, Dj they are just childs and often they can't understand English, don't take that too much seriously. But it will be better if game content could be validated ans secured for sure, but let people doing what they want on their computer because you can't forbid it simply. Please take the respect from people who gave it to you, because you deserve it for sure.

i really dont understand what you said but im gunna just say NO. 3rd party stuff (skins,models,maps) HAVE NOTHING TO DO with jlv and his game. DONT get that twisted, although he supports it just like most games. He should use a lot of the 3rd party stuff just make up blank colored skins according the bike scheme.

I dont have to ask anyone about REPLICATING anything, YOU CREATED IT YOURSELF ( if i could build a 2010 yz450f i still could get away with it because i dont have the EXACT designs or EXACT Materials and EXACT blueprint) i could take ddmx model and change a few parts and call it mine and but its a sense or morality not to. If he lends me parts off his bike to use thats a different story. You guys just lack common sense and respect.

Someone did make it.Cocow probably got it from one of the Giles guys and gave it to everyone on the French forum.
