Re: Board updated to phpbb 3.0.5
Get rid of the 16kb limit for avatars, I can't get a 115x115 jpg to be that size. Imo, that is a little ridiculous, the resolution limit should be sufficient.

I can increase the size, but could you post the uncompressable jpeg? Even 115x115 of random noise is smaller than 16k for me.

Re: Board updated to phpbb 3.0.5
Suggestions:
-Split the styles, I think if you used a black background it would make the forums stand out a lot from other forums, and make it easier to read things if you are in a dark room.
-Center, left, and right alignments for posts and signatures.
-Are the ads in the middle of pages anymore? I don't notice them, was just wondering.
-New icons for stickyed topics so we know what are and aren't stickeyed.
I think this site is really being dragged down by some of the actions people take on it. A lot of the people here are immature and don't think before they post, I don't know how much time you and DJ spend "patrolling" the forums, but I think with a little more effort forums could be a lot cleaner than they are.
Patrolling:
-Start deleting useless/repeat topics
-Delete useless/unneeded posts
-Fix double posts
Just trying to help make this site/forums they best they can be. Will post more if I think of any.

Re: Board updated to phpbb 3.0.5
I might do black background at some point, but it will require more time than I want to spend on it right now.
I just added center and right bbcodes.
Stickied topics already have a different icon.
I'm not a fan of deleting posts. I'd rather just let them sink off the first page.

Question mark with a star is their icon? I never knew that. Thanks for the alignments too.

it's a lightbulb, the thing, i think, that you're mistaking for a j is the italicized i signifying important topics that are classified as announcements. the star signifies that you've posted in that thread.

Like this. Look at my line inside flash tags and just change the clip ID.
