I really think you should use the banhammer alot more..People do all kind of stupid (organic matter) and get away with a warning. Ripping should be a perma ban, no warning. Noone paid to use these forums either so just get rid of the people who cant follow simple rules.

I do see what you mean Mikey, but yFMX said he didn't want payment but Jack insisted and did anyways. Only way I see this problem being over the quickest is for either
A) Gio just learns its the internet and things happen.
B) Jack talks to Gio and he pays Gio the copyright for the boot.

yFMX ripped them? if Gio gave them to yFMX to use he should have put them on the gear and should be able to use them on anything he wants if he got sent them.
