I know, it's cheesy. Sorry. I was making fun of the overuse of the haters credo. It does suck how dishonest and malicious some of these kids are. However, it speaks volumes for the quality of the stolen content. I don't know software security, so as to that I can't speculate. A .saf is basically an acronym for safe, isn't it? A "safe" packed file? Even if you had a password to unzip the file, that also would be passed around eventually. I think it was Checkers who made point earlier about the fleeting nature of some of the created content only being relevant on the date of the race. That alone could be discouraging to creators. I think most folks expect dishonesty and plan around it.

I see what you're saying. Regardless if it has been released to the public it should be respected and not ripped. The problem with this community is they always expect more, they always want a template, blend file, etc. If they don't get that they pout, 9/10 complain, and then then that 1% of kids rip it. Most just don't appreciate what they have.

On the topic of the security, I can assure you that it doesn't involve any installer or any type registry entries.

That's what I was thinking, but I am ignorant in the creation of file security. I don't see how you can completely stop ripping; and if you were to spend time creating a new file and find out a month later that someone has already found out how to rip it then you're going to feel even worse.

Adam Crews asked me to make him graphics one time and said he would "pay me", I pretended to and he asked me every day for like...3 weeks or so, and then told him that they were almost done, and he was all excited and suck up'ish. To cut to the chase, I never made graphics for the ungrateful little bastard, and his hopes and dreams were shattered. It sucks to suck at life, I'm guessing, right?

Also, stop talking about yourself in third person. That's fucking weird, kid. What are you? Schizophrenic? I think you need to lay off the computer games for a little while, Napoleon and ask your mom to admit you to a psychiatric ward. I'm sure you'd be diagnosed with multiple disorders.

I have played ETS2 for fun(its trucking game with lot of mods avaible)
and i found nice forum with awesome map,but i got bummer cuz the creator who builts it send it only to hes known contacts, i mean
there is topic when he releses mods, he makes Rar archive protected with key and if you want to use this map very bad
you need to be not 1 day forum guy,i mean not registred today,or yesterday),but be here for bit longer and if you were not banned,then you can just add him in skype and he will personaly will give you key and as far as i know he makes list so he knows who have this map and who should not!
so also there is age limit so there is noway any kid can get hes awesome work
i think this is one of the sickest mod protection(lets call it that) on forums,atleaast for me its simple and IMO pretty safe

Actually, I was more or less implying that the kid could die and no one would really care.
Also, they're MY daughters, words DO hurt people, and this kid has said things that cut deep. You don't say "I'd like to buttfuck both of your daughters and then afterwards slit their throats and barbecue them like pigs" and expect someone not to be hostile. The kid can rot in hell for all I care. Sometimes it's better to take the low road, and if you disagree with that, you're a hypocrite. It's basic psychology.

And that's good, most kids nowadays don't make it out of high school, unfortunately.
