There'ssome pretty good setup's on youtube. Kawasakiz posted one, I posted one, theres also a Setup's thread. You can get someone elses suspension and tweak it. One thing that I can help you with right now, ajust your spring rate. The higher it is the stiffer the suspension is.

Ride mxs like you would do in real life, and don't pin overjump it like you would do on MVA.

just practice more dude the game is a bit frustrating at start but once you get the hang of it its a whole lotta fun!
I didnt liked the demo at all cause i couldnt drive without arcade physics and could not whip like ive seen guys do on youtube.

Increase the rebound damping on your rear shock.
Just like suspension setup in real life, you need to find a compromise between small bumps, big landings, and corners...you probably wont get a setup that excels at all of them. Rider skill has to make up for some of the weaknesses.

The rider in MXS is 150lbs, with all gear.... at least that's what i understand.
According to RaceTech:
An expert 250f Mx rider at 140lbs + gear needs 0.45kg/mm fork springs and a 5.1kg/mm rear spring.
An expert 125 Mx rider at 140lbs + gear needs 0.42kg/mm fork springs and a 4.7kg/mm rear spring.
As far as the damping settings go, a higher number means it resists that action more..... (more rebound damping = resist rebound = slower rebound)
If the back end of your bike is kicking all over the place, one of two things could be happening:
Your rear spring is too stiff, so your back end just bounces on the bumps instead of absorbing them.
Your rear compression damping is too high, causing the same as above.
Your rear rebound is too high, meaning the rear wheel is not returning to its extended state fast enough.

Or your rear rebound is too low causing the back end to pogo up off the ground whenever there is an impact (jump bump landing).
