Also when you record demos do they all get saved or are they deleted when you do a new one?

do you have a "Print Screen" button on your keyboard?? and the demos are saved in a folder under documents and settings \ username\local settings\ application data\ mxsim\ demos or something along those lines they are saved until you record a new one but you can manually copy and paste them somewhere else
