I don't expect fast guys to "give away" their special setups that work good, but if anyone has the time, can you make a list of what each change in the suspension does? Compression damping, spring rate, vertical spring, etc, what it does to the suspension, how it rebounds, how it reacts in turns, reacts in whoops, "Pop" out tight rhythms, you know what I mean. There's a lot of people with common sense of what each thing does but some people like me doesn't.
My current setup is:
Fork Compression Damping - 60
Fork Rebound Damping - 50
Fork Spring Rate - 80
Fork Preload - 60
Fork Oil Level - 60
Shock Compression Damping - 45
Shock Rebound Damping - 55
Shock Spring Rate - 55
Shock Preload - 65
Countershaft Sprocket - -1.0
Rear Sprocket - +1.0
Rider Vertical Spring - 75
Rider Vertical Damping - 50
Rider Forward Spring - 85
Rider Forward Damping - 70
Rider Mass Distribution - 0.44
I tried keeping it from endowing but now it's almost too front high, and at times it's really hard to get my rider to move around in the air. If anyone can help me out please PM me.

For once in your life, try using the search function and having a look around rather than annoying everyone.

Some people might enjoy this type of help, instead of being a prick.

125s and 250fs are modeled after a rm125, I think I went with a 2006. 2006 kx250 for the 250 two strokes, and I went with a 2011 crf450 for the 450s, I did it for other 450s and they are mostly the same.
After you have the spring rates, just get everything to work well for you.
