Would anybody like to explain all the bans lately?

I understand what went down with mikey, MXJ, and Insignia. But im curious about why jones got banned ( again) as well as some other random ones ive seen around.
Some insight would be very helpful for me, as well as others who might be trying to avoid being banned.

It's simple. Be nice to people and you won't be banned.
