Buying the game

I plan on buying the game. I've tinkered with the demo and all the jazz and like it. I currently only have an hp laptop that I can run the game on. It suits it well when settings are lowered. In the future I plan to get a gaming laptop that will suit games better. But that's 6 months to a year down the road. Would I be able to buy the game and have it on this computer then later when I get a new one move it. Or will I have to buy it again.
