every time i trie to ride in a rut i just fall over an im using ps3 controller an another question is how to do breaking bumps

Sit down through ruts, lean into it, and roll on the throttle coming in and out; don't just hammer the gas because then you will just overshoot the rut or slide out in it. Smooth throttle control helps a lot. As for breaking bumps, stand up, lean back, and stay straight. Don't ever come through them sideways, or you'll swap out and crash. Just kepp practicing going from easy stock tracks to rutted, rough tracks like the new rF nationals.
