Manual or Auto Shifting?

i seem to go faster in manual but i like auto so i dont have to worry about shifting all the time. So what do you guys think about it?

Manual all the way. Tried auto once, got bored of it, went back to manual. It's just more fun to me.

Auto because I already have too much to think about haha. You can actually shift manually with auto on though, I do it quite a lot on a 250f on a sandy track because otherwise the manual doesnt shift up enough on its own and stays in the really low gears.

Used to ride auto when i got the game then started using manual.

Exactly what I was gonna say. Haha playing mx 149 or fort Winton on a 250f with auto shifting kinda sucks. But as buddy said, you can use manual while using auto, which helps a lot.

i used to ride auto with the keyboard but as soon a i got a controller I went to manual. i find im alot faster with manual but i don't know why

Because on manual you can shift better than automatic.

I think it's critical to manual shift AND have a separate rear brake button. Way more control of panic revs and powerband.

I just set my downshift to the same as my rear brake. That way my back end slides a lot easier. I also slide out a lot though :(.
