Little bit of both. It takes about a month and then you'll start making a lot of progress on your speed. Try to find a good setup, and make sure your stability is pretty high. Also, you need to get a controller if you want to be fast. The keyboard just doesn't have the comfort and control like the controller does.

Thats the tutorial, and just fallow these steps when you getnthe ds3 tool :

Alright, 1. Download the Latest Version of motionjoy, 2. Plug in your USB Bluetooth adapter (if your comp doesnt have it built in), 3. Run DS3 Tool, 4. Plug in your PS3 Controller to one of your USB ports, 5. Click on Driver manager, 6. Click the Install All button, 7. Go to BluetoothPair, 8. Click Pair Now, 9. Go back to Profile, 10. Unplug your controller, 11. Wait for it to connect to your comp, 12. Click PlayStation 3, 13. Click enable and then your all set to go...

You HAVE to play without bluetooth. Unless you have a bluetooth adapter for your computer. The way we're telling you is using the charging cord for the ps3 controller. Plug the ps3 controller cord into the controller and the computer, then follow the steps.
