Problem with Logitech controller

Post by Ddavis »

I use the left trigger for sit/dab and the right trigger as shift up. I can't use the sit/dab button and shift up at the same time, it's getting really annoying. I don't know if it's a controller malfunction or since I just got it today. Anyone else ever have this problem?

I can't use both triggers at the same time on my Microsoft Xbox controller either.

That's weird because they work on my other Logitech controller but not this one. I guess I just need to get used to it then.

Behind the controller there's a X *button* D switch and I switched it to D (Dual action) and it works now, I can use both. Hey Tyler make sure your controller doesn't have any switches like that.

I use an Xbox 360 controller and its the same way. But I use my for front brake and throttle so i don't really nice it. But it seems most controllers with linear triggers to that.

Could be wrong but it's because the throttle and brake (triggers) are on the same axis.

thats why it happens with xbox controllers. however, in certain xbox games (at least the Forza series) you can brake and use the gas at the same time on the triggers. has to be something to do with the programming in the game allowing it.

although, i do notice that i can use the gas when on the brakes in MXS. i cant go WFO while under full braking, but it does seem to work somewhat.
