Help with files

Hi. my friend bought me the full game and ive had it for a year. Over time i started get more tracks, bikes and etc. but today i decided i was going to delete them all. so i deleted every thing except for the mx app and th uninstall. but now when i go to play it, it says "game data missing". so what are the files needed to run the game and where can i get them because my friend forgot the password to download the game.
