Good ISP
I currently have AT&T U-Verse (I think it's U-Verse) and it's absolutely terrible. My DSL constantly fails and I've missed 2 rF races already due to either not being able to connect to the server or extreme lag while racing. I'm probably switching ISPs soon and I was wondering about what you guys are using.
I'm also not very fluent in tech talk and I'm a total noob with this.

Re: Good ISP
I had DSL with verizon and it always disconnected and such so I switched to Comcast cable and its awesome. Costs a little more but well worth it.

Verizon Fios is by far one of the best, but depends what package you get... I could send you a speedtest if you want.

Re: Good ISP
From what i've experienced you're way better of with a cable conection then a dsl one, i got a fibernet one here and it's pretty nice for online gaming .. gives very low Ping.
But since your in usa i have no clue how stuff is there, i only hope that u guys dont have retarted bandwith limit / month with your connections (even very expensive ones do in belgium ......)

I agree with Greg, your best bet is the local cable company, like Comcast, Cox, time Warner, etc.
Also, like he warned, make sure there isn't a limit before signing oh the doted line. you're probably looking at about 30 to 50 a month for a good speed.
